Who is this WSET Level 2 Wines course for?
Hospitality staff advancing their careers
You work in a restaurant, hotel, resort, or beverages company. You serve wine, recommend it, or sell it every day. WSET Level 2 is the recognised benchmark that tells employers you understand wine at a professional level. Not just what it tastes like, but why it tastes that way, and how to communicate that to a guest or a buyer.
Enthusiasts going deeper into wine
You already drink wine with attention. You have a sense of what you like. But when the conversation moves to regions, varietals, or vintages, you feel the gap. WSET Level 2 closes that gap permanently, giving you the language, the framework, and the knowledge to taste and talk about wine with real confidence.
Travellers and curious professionals starting out
You are heading to Bordeaux, Tuscany, or Napa. You want to understand what you are about to taste. Or wine knowledge matters in your world: client dinners, cruise ships, airline roles, a career in wine. Level 2 is where serious wine knowledge begins.
